Thanks for those. I didn't see any begin/end shields for 636 or 643 when I drove it in June, but considering all the error shields there then, I should go check up on it.

Basically yeah. As it stands, VA 76 begins twice. That second shield should either not have a BEGIN banner or it should be an END VA 146 shield.
