Speaking of Florida, how do US 27 and I-75 interact in the Sunshine State.

US 27 and I-75 cross and intersect in Ohio (Cincinnati) and again in Kentucky (Lexington).

They come close in Tennessee and Georgia (the Chattanooga area) but don't cross.

If someone can provide Florida info, we might have another winner.

Interchanges in both Weston and Ocala, so you have a winner. I think US 27's crossings of Florida's Turnpike could count as well depending if the Homestead Extension is considered the same route as exit numbering suggests. (US 27 intersects at Exit 35 on the Homestead Extension as well as at Exit 289, the latter being southbound-exit/northbound-entrance.)

I-65 and US 231 would also qualify. They have an interchange once in Bowling Green, KY, and then four interchanges in Indiana, with Exits 193, 201 (with US 24), and 205 being consecutive, with Exit 247 in Crown Point to round out their crossings. (Yeah, foolish me would gloss over the OP. I aim not to repeat prior exhibits. :p)

ETA: I'd be remiss if I didn't include a Michigan example. County A-2 has interchanges for the four times it hits US 31 (but not I-196), with the last being its northern terminus.

The second one makes sense, as County A-2 was US-31 before I-196 was built. The only other example I can think of in Michigan is I-75 and US-23 (the long multiplex between Flint and Standish, and US-23's northern terminus is at I-75 in Mackinaw City). At least one past example: I-75 and old M-76 meet three times (West Branch, St. Helen, and Roscommon) and there is an interchange at each point.

Md. 210 (Indian Head Highway) is crossed by or intersected with Prince George's County-maintained Livingston Road 4 times.  In Charles County, Livingston Road makes up part of Md. 373 and crosses 210 once, and then crosses it once more as a Charles County-maintained road.  That is, I believe, a total of 6 crossings or intersections.

I think I-75 and US 27 qualify in Florida as well. The only two places they cross one another is in Ocala (about halfway between Gainesville and the Turnpike interchange) and again west of Fort Lauderdale where I-75 becomes Alligator Alley. In both instances they have an interchange.

EDIT: Rawmustard confirmed this above. Forgot to check this page for the latest posts, but I can at least confirm.

As far as Florida's Turnpike goes, I could justify that, seeing how most people see the original Turnpike and the Homestead Extension as the same route anyway, especially since they share the same mile-based exit numbers the whole way. Same could be said for I-75 and the Turnpike since these two roads also have two and only two junctions.

NJ 173 interchanges with I-78/ US 22 each time it meets  and duplexes with it.  Also it has two interchanges with NJ 173 as frontage road for the interstate with both exits 11 & 12 having their WB exit and entrance ramps connecting to NJ 173.

Exits 3,7,13, & 15 both I-78/ US 22 intersect with NJ 173 to be exact.

Also, in all but one place between I-95 and US 301, the two routes interchange.  I believe that there may be one place in Petersburg, VA where the two routes cross, but do not meet.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

There's a partial meeting when US 301 southbound is on Bank St. Only northbound I-95 has an exit for it.

in Needles, CA, I-40 and business I-40 intersect three times.  there are the two ends of the loop, and then one junction in the middle.
