Seasonally, part of State St in Columbus becomes Nutcracker Blvd.

And then there's the intersection of Cowabunga Corner and Bodacious Blvd, which existed for at least part of a day in some American city, possibly in a parallel universe...
Wait, it's all Ohio? Always has been.

There used to be a street outside Batavia, OH called Front Wheel Drive.  When the Ford Transmissions plant closed, it was changed to James E. Sauls Dr.

I find it amusing that this is in Austin, Texas, as I would picture most Texans to be hostile to the use of SI:

"You know, you never have a guaranteed spot until you have a spot guaranteed."
—Olaf Kolzig, as quoted in the Washington Times on March 28, 2003,
commenting on the Capitals clinching a playoff spot.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"
—Kolzig, to the same reporter a few seconds later.

I only found out last week that their city motto is Keep Austin Weird, if that helps any.

Columbus has one of those too, in the Hilliard area, though I think it's a through street with a Dr suffix.

Found last weekend in Marquette, IA: "Anti-Monopoly Street". The parking lot and office for the Lady Luck riverboat casino are on that street.

Fremont, Nebraska has Sesame Street.

The Westmont subdivision at Highway 370 and 132nd Street in Sarpy County, Nebraska south of Omaha has streets named for the original 7 Mercury astronauts.

We have a Hickey Drive (Theodore Hickey) in Joliet.  Then there's the space subdivision off Caton Farm Road with names like Nuclear, Sattellite, Vesta, and Cosmic.

Wonder if it's named after the board game of that name.

Elmo is a man's first name.  Big whoop.  Now, find me a Jezebel Street, and we've got something!  Oh, wait, Houston (TX) has one.

Cleghorn Road in Cajon Pass, CA.  It is the north end of Cajon Boulevard where it dissapears to be covered over by modern I-15 heading North and East toward Barstow.

It reminds me of that famous cartoon character, I say I say Foghorn Leghorn.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Frelinghuseyn Avenue in Newark, NJ is cool because unless you know the street, you will most likely have trouble pronouncing it.  Free-ling-high-sen is how you say it.

Kinda like Tchoupitoulous Street back home in New Orleans.  (Chop-i-too-lus)
I love freeways and roads in any state but Texas will always be first in my heart

I think Jordanah1 was trying to reference Elmo the Muppet from Sesame Street. Now if you could find a street named Snuffleupagus, then you've found something.

Frelinghuysen.  It's Dutch.  and it explains elegantly why I had thought the freeway in Philadelphia was pronounced "sky-kill".
