State's Asset Management systems

Michigan has an interactive map that shows the pavement condition of all Federally eligible roads in the State.  I was wondering if any other states, specifically Midwest states with similar climates to Michigan, have similar asset management systems publicly available?

NYSDOT comes close without our Combined Asset Management/Capital Investment (CAMCI) web front-end to ArcGIS, except it's not publically available.
