That's the prison where Virginia's executions are done, so some prisoners leave that way without ever seeing the sign-o.

BTW, Mapmikey, thanks for covering for me on BC 395. I, and coverage of BC, would otherwise have been preempted around the time I was driving my car off the ferry in Ketchikan, Alaska. Playing this game can be tough when you're on the road -- I got preempted on three previous attempts to get Newfoundland in the game, once by only five minutes (but I still have some chances left).

Also, the BC 3 marker next to the BC 395 marker is the special marker for the awesomely scenic Crowsnest Highway, along the U.S. border from the TCH into Alberta province (no special marker in Alberta).

I tell ya hWAT, it fits the rules as written.  I'm not a fan because you people seem to try to find any way possible that you can bend the freaking rules    , but it technically adheres to all the rules.  Plus there's a proper BGS of 401 in the background anyway.  We're good! 

Onward with 402!  Will it be from Ontario?  Stay tuned to find out!

There's a KY 398 in Kentucky, so there are more than three routes with that number in the US.
