To be fair, I was surprised how many were still standing in the Philadelphia area, due to sign theft and vandalism that might occur anywhere. Florida won't even sign CR 420 in the field.

While we're there....US 422 along the Turnpike:

They do get swiped on a normal basis and I'm surprised at how well PennDOT keeps up with the thefts. PA 420 also has a banner route too and that's also surprisingly well signed.
