Would US-177 and I-44 count? There's no interchange there, but there's one a couple miles to the west along SH-66, which intersects US-177 not too far south of I-44.

I-70 passes over US 11 east of the interchange with I-81 in Hagerstown, MD. There is no signage on I-70 in either direction for US 11.

I actually never knew that it was US 11 until a couple years ago. It's simply signed as "Virginia Avenue" and I never thought a dinky 2 lane road is US 11.

Interstate 295 passes over U.S. 90 without direct access in Jacksonville, FL:

Interstates 80 and 90 and U.S. 35.

We apparently really like that one:

Kind of a two-for-one, I-80/90 (Indiana Toll Road) crosses US-35 without interchange near La Porte, IN.

Also, US-35 crosses both I-80 and I-90 (same spot, Indiana Toll Road) once without an interchange near LaPorte, IN.

There's also US 75 and I-335 by Topeka, Kansas, a non-interchange of a freeway and tollway.  Further down the Kansas Turnpike, I-35 does not intersect US 54 and US 400 by Wichita.

There is indeed an interchange, Exit 50. https://goo.gl/maps/b1MCBACEpJF2
