March 29, 2018: A road sign photo of a state (or even US) highway that's less than one mile long.

The only one I have a picture of, MN-298. Currently clocks in at 0.469 miles, although when this picture was taken back in 2012 it was closer to a whole mile.



I would've also posted MN-301, but as it turns out, that one is about ~312 feet too long.

Edit: silly me forgot about MN-121. A route of 0.972 miles that serves essentially as an on/off-ramp from I-35W and MN-62 in Minneapolis.

Got my first pictures of a diverging diamond last Friday: the relatively new CR-120 interchange with MN-15 in Sartell/St. Cloud. Not sure if it's the first DDI in Minnesota, but I can't think of where there is another.

PA 231 and PA 331 near West Middletown.  Both are spurs of PA 31, however they were orphaned in the 1960s when PA 31 was truncated to its current western end in West Newton.  PA 31's former route in this area was taken over by PA 844.

I probably have a bunch more, but this picture stands out to me just because of the really old-style Burger King architecture in the background. Hinckley, MN, February 2017. (I swear this picture was taken because it is of the west end of MN-48, not the restaurant. )

I believe this is Michigan's shortest signed state highway, at just under .75 mile.  It basically serves as the entrance drive into Aloha State Park.
