Somewhat trivial:
TX 3 and TX 96

TX 7 and TX 21
TX 7 and TX 14
TX 7 and US 77
Beltway 8 and TX 288
I-10 and TX 80
I-10 and US 90
Spur 10 and US 90 ALT
I-10 and I-110
I-10 and I-410
I-10 and I-610

Less trivial:
TX 19 and US 190
I-20 and US 80
I-20 and I-820
I-45 and US 90

Going to skip US 2 in Vermont for the same "trivial" situation.

US 4 - VT 100:  concurrency in Killington
US 4 - VT 12:  concurrency in Woodstock
US 5 - VT 30:  30 ends in Brattleboro
US 5 - VT 10A:  10A ends in Norwich
US 5 - VT 25:  intersection in Bradford (coincidentally the only traffic signal in Orange County)
US 5 - VT 105:  concurrency Newport-Derby
VT 5A - VT 105:  5A ends in Charleston
US 7 - VT 140:  intersection in Wallingford
US 7 - I-189:  189 ends in Burlington
VT 11 - VT 143:  143 ends in Springfield

Every Even numbered route that IL 2 crosses:
Business US 20
US 20
IL 72
IL 64
IL 26
US 52
Ends at IL 40

IL 2, IL 26, and US 52 are a triplex, and a multiplictive equation  :spin:

US 89

This should be all of the current ones in Utah - not bothering with any former examples as there are way too many old routes. Not counting US 89/89A.

US 6, SR 132
US 6, SR 174
US 6, SR 36
US 6, SR 198 (twice)
US 6, SR 156
US 6, SR 96
SR 12, SR 24
SR 13, US 91
I-15, SR 75
I-15, SR 135
I-15, SR 180
I-15, SR 270 (depending on whether you count the ramps as part of 15)
I-15, SR 105
I-15, SR 225
I-15, SR 315
I-15, SR 240
I-15, SR 30
SR 24, SR 72
US 40, I-80
US 50, SR 100

There appear to be 19 pairs of intersecting multiples in the state: I-15 and US 6 combined account for 15 of them.

Illinois has a Duplexed multiple: US 36/I-72

I feel like Illinois has a whole bunch of intersecting multiples.

I will ask: For Freeways/Tollways - do they need an interchange? Or is an intersection with no interchange acceptable? I-90 doesn't have direct ramps to US 45 (the ramps to I-190 and O'Hare make the connection), but they do cross

While other route 2s have lots of multiples, MO 2 only has one: MO 52. If you include the KS route it ends at, you have another one: 68.

IL 3 does intersect at IL 15's northern terminus along its concurrency with I-55/64. But the BGS doesn't sign IL 15. It seems like IL 15 uses Broadway north of 10th st instead of Missouri Ave, unlike what I previously thought , so there are only exits from NB 55/IL 3 and entrances to SB 55/IL 3. Correct me if I'm wrong, I zoomed in so much on google maps just to follow the microscopic route markers

Also ik we don't do former routes, but US 66 is an honorable mention for IL 3, because it's US 66

I could drive up to E St Louis and check, but I head to that area every now and then to play a bit at the Casino Queen Riverboat (IL Casinos are closed due to COVID restrictions/measures)

I will even take the IL 15 route in sometimes, vs I-64. The IL 15 shields just stop as you get close to 55/64 - I don't remember seeing the "End"  banner, so I'm not 100% sure on IL 15's northwest endpoint

When the exit for Barack Obama Ave is taken from I-55N/I-64E/IL 3N, the ramp merges into 4th St/Barack Obama Ave, and then the 1st IL 15 shield appears to take a right for IL 15 on Broadway: https://goo.gl/maps/kSr6Mv5T5youzR8s8

IL 15 is not posted on the BGS for I-55S/I-64W/IL 3S for 3rd St/Eads Bridge, either, despite that ramp connecting to Broadway, and when 3rd St reaches Broadway, IL 15 has no shield signed there, either

Makes me wonder if IL 15's NW endpoint is Broadway and 4th St. If Broadway and 4th is the endpoint, then IL 15 just misses IL 3

Well, using billburmaster.com's page on IL 15 in St Clair County, I did find the IL 15 Ends sign, right as Main St is about to go under I-55/64/US 40/IL 3. Whether that means IL 15 intersects IL 3, its still in the "close"  category

GSV shows this sign is still there, too, tho on GSV the IL 15 shield is above the Entrance Control GS instead of below

In the future, SR-15 is supposed to be signed as I-15 once the whole roadway is upgraded to Interstate standards (if I remember correctly.)

Don't hold your breath waiting for that to happen. Caltrans is in no hurry to Interstate-ize that or other freeways (like CA 210 and CA 905) that might seem to be logical additions to the Interstate system.
