I-75 and M-150 in Troy, Michigan.

EDIT: Wait never mind M-150's southern end is at M-59. I had thought that M-150 went as far south as I-75. It did at one time but was scaled back to end at M-59. I never even realized that even without the M-150 signs on I-75.

Dirt Roads

West Virginia multiples:

WV-2:  starts at US-60, WV-62, WV-62 (concurrent), WV-68 (twice), WV-16, WV-18, WV-180, WV-20, US-250, WV-86, WV-88, I-470, I-70, US-22, WV-8, ends at US-30
WV-3:  WV-99, WV-12 (concurrent), WV-63 (at east end of WV-12 concurrency), US-219
WV-4:  WV-36, WV-16 (concurrent), ends at WV-20
WV-7:  officially starts at OH-7 (actually unsigned Ohio route here), US-119 (concurrent)
WV-9:  US-522 (concurrent), WV-45 (concurrent), I-81, continues at VA-9
WV-10:  WV-80, US-60 (eastbound one-way), ends at US-60 westbound one-way
WV-12:  ends at US-60
WV-16:  continues from VA-16, I-64 (and I-77)
WV-17:  ends at WV-85
WV-18:  WV-180
WV-20:  US-60 (concurrent)
WV-39:  continues as VA-39
WV-43:  continues as Toll PA-43
US-50:  US-250 (concurrent)
WV-55:  US-220 (concurrent, along with WV-28)

Interesting near miss:  WV-29:  close enough to be signed at the split-off of WV-127 with "To US-522" (which is actually in Virginia).  These roads are part of the main through route from Winchester to Cumberland that ought to be signed as a US Route instead of this numbers game:  US-522/VA-127/WV-127/WV-29/WV-9/MD-51.
