Consecutive Exits Connecting to Same Route

I was curious as to how many instances there are of Interstate highways connecting to the same route on consecutive exits (excluding the two ends of route multiplexes and non-congruent exits).

The example I can think of is PA 50 and I-79 near Pittsburgh, where the Bridgeville and Heidelberg exits both connect to the same state route a few miles apart (although the Heidelberg exit does not mention it leads to PA 50).

I-65 has three consecutive US 231 exits in Indiana (193, 201, and 205). There is yet another US 231 interchange further north.

I-95 and US 301 in Virginia have a 2 1/2 consecutive exit sequence. Exits 45, 41 (with VA 35 & 156 also shown) and 37 (southbound only, northbound shows SR 623). There are more US 301 exits between there and the VA/NC line, but I don't remember any of them being consecutive.

I-75 in GA:  Exits 263 and 265 are for Loop 120 (Marietta Parkway)

I-65 Exits 130 & 142 are for AL 185.

I-10 Exits 27, 30, & 35 are for US 90 & US 98

Drivers going westbound on I-64 in Hampton will cross VA-134 at Exits 265B, 263, and 262. Interestingly enough, drivers going east will only see VA-134 once, at exit 263.

In Missouri on I-29, Exits 65, 67 and 75 are all US 59, but the first two are ends of a multiplex over the Nodaway River.  On I-35, Missouri exit 114 and Iowa exit 4 are both US 69.

This would rule out part of the following:

Drivers going westbound on I-64 in Hampton will cross VA-134 at Exits 265B, 263, and 262.

Namely 262 and 263, as I-64 and VA 134 are concurrent between those exits.

In Vermont, we have the following:

- I-89 in Colchester meets US 2 at both Exit 16 and Exit 17 (if VT 289 ever gets revived and built, it'll have an interchange with I-89 in between).
- Officially, I-91 and VT 9 at Exits 2 and 3 in Brattleboro.  Signs might confuse some people, but VT 9 still officially goes through Brattleboro while it's a VT 9 truck route that follows I-91.
- Southbound I-91 and US 5 at Exits 3 and 4 (northbound, Exit 4 is at a side road).
- Not Vermont, but just across the Connecticut River, we have I-93 and NH 135 at Exits 43 and 44 northwest of Littleton.
- If you include multi-state routes and related to the above, you have I-93 and NH/VT 18 at Exit 44 in NH and Exit 1 in VT.

On the Wilbur Cross Parkway in CT  Exit 57 is for CT 34 East, and Exit 58 is for CT 34 West.  Exit 61 is for Whitney Ave. (SR 706) south, and Exit 62 is for Whitney Ave. north (SB only) Also on I-84 in Waterbury, Exit 19 is for CT 8 South, and Exit 20 is for CT 8 North.  Farther up, and westbound only, Exit 35 is for CT 72 East, and Exit 33 is for CT 72 West (34 was eliminated).  Also, the I-91 interchange is consecutively numbered with 51 for 91 North, and 52 for 91 South.  In Manchester, Exits 63, 64 AND 65 are all for CT 30/CT 83.  On I-91 northbound, Exit 28 is for US 5/CT 15 South, and Exit 29 is for North.  Along I-95, Exits 13 and 14 are for US 1 (in both CT and RI), as are Exits 33 and 34.  On I-91 in MA, Exits 20-24 are all marked for US 5/ MA 10.  Although unmarked for Exit 10, the Mass Pike has 4 consecutive exits for US 20 (8, 9, 10, 10A).

Nearly every exit along DE 1 between the C&D Canal Bridge and the southern point of the limited access portion of the road exits directly onto US 13, or is a short drive to US 13, with most of the exits signed for US 13. The Exit for DE 299/Middletown may be the lone exception.

Southbound US 167 expressway in Pineville:

LA 107, LA 1250: Marksville & Shamrock St.
then
LA 1250 Shamrock St, Downtown (ha!) Pineville

For whatever reason when all of these signs were replaced they decided to put LA 1250 on both exits, which is stupid, because the 2nd Shamrock exit just makes an enormous trek down the frontage road and u-turns back. So LA 1250 doesn't cross twice, although the 2nd exit is really Spur 1250

I-81 and US 11 in New York.

Exits 1 and 2 are almost directly for US 11.
Exits 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 all directly intersect US 11. This is every exit between Binghamton and Cortland, and more than half the distance to Syracuse from Binghamton.
After Cortland, Exits 14 - 16 all directly intersect and Exit 17 is labeled for S Salina St. We're within Syracuse city limits now. FWIW, I-81 between Exit 14 and Exit 16 looks like it was probably originally signed as US 11.

There's likely a good string of them north of Syracuse.

In Saint Cloud, MN, I-94's exit 171 is for CSAH 7 and CSAH 75. The next exit, exit 73, is also for CSAH 75. To eliminate confusion, this exit is only signed with it's street name, Opportunity Drive.

Granted this one is somewhat open for debate and only existed since 1988-89; along US 1 North in Peabody, MA; there are technically 2 consecutive exits for I-95 North:

The first one's right at the Peabody/Lynnfield line where it multiplexes w/MA 128.  While the exit and split ramps are only signed as 128 NORTH; one is actually on I-95 North until at least Exit 45 (the 95-128 split), which roughly 3/4 mile away from the ramp merge onto I-95/MA 128 North.

The second one is about a mile further north along US 1 and is a direct ramp to I-95 North (beyond 128) near the Peabody/Danvers line that was originally constructed in the mid-1970s when I-95 was extended southward from its original 1950s terminus at Danvers/Topsfield.

In southeastern, PA (Bucks County) I-95 has two consecutive interchanges w/PA 413; granted the new connection w/the PA Turnpike (I-276) and re-route will change all that but the current scenario still applies.

exits 15 and 25 are for US 25W
exits 59 and 62 are for US 25

Mountain Parkway:
exits 40 and 43 for KY 15 (Exit 43 is signed "To KY 15" since it's actually for Spur KY 15)
exits 57 and 60 are for KY 191 (Exit 57 co-signed with KY 205; Exit 60 co-signed for KY 134 and is a partial exit)

West Virginia has two consecutive exits for WV 25 on I-64 in the Charleston metro area but I can't think of their exit numbers off the top of my head.

Do different exit numbers for different directions count?  If so, then...

Exit 20B on I-355 northbound is for US-34, Odgen Avenue.  Exit 19 on I-355 southbound is for the same.  Funny thing, Exit 20B leaves I-355 south of Exit 19.  And yes, they are two halves of the same diamond interchange.

Exits 403 and 407 on I-5 near Santa Nella, CA both serve Route 33, the first one being the 33/152 cloverleaf, the second one as Santa Nella Road heading out towards Gustine.

Actually... a year or two ago the NB signs for the Heidelberg exit were replaced with ones that DO have the PA-50 shield on them.  The overhead sign structure right before the Bridgeville exit has signs for both exits on it, and I remember thinking "WTF" at first when seeing it.

I-65 and US 31 do not technically multiplex in extreme southern Indiana as US 31 is routed along the access road, so Exits 4, 2, and 1 all connect directly to US 31.
