https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_highways_numbered_300 (includes all the 300s I've driven).

Georgia 300 connects to I-75.

Connects Albany to I-75. Also runs concurrently with US 19 (and GA 3) from Albany to the Florida line, which made some sense before the entirety of US 19 south of Atlanta was four-laned. Now, though, it should be de-designated south of Albany, though that'd be a very unGeorgian thing to do.

Indiana has no highways numbered x00 so you can just copy and paste this response for your 400th, 500th, etc. posts.

There are 3xx highways but I don't think that's what you were asking about.
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

From the north but I don't think I'd take it coming from the south. I'm thinking that US-82 from Tifton is a better route for that.

WA 300 is a very minor rural highway that connects its parent (WA 3) with a state park. It's not much to write home about.

WA 304 is though given the Bremerton-Seattle Ferry has some awesome skyline views of downtown Seattle.

Connecticut's got 384 and 395, the latter of which extends into Massachusetts and for no logical reason becomes 290 and then 190.

Don't forget 372, 305, and my very own hometown route, 302, among others.

But no actual CT 300 (I've lived near CT 364 most of my life)

RI has no 300 series routes (but has 3 400 series routes).  MA only has I-391 and I-395 (highest state route is 295)

Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

New York has one in Newburgh. It is partially an East- West route and the rest a North-South route.

Yes, that was mentioned in the OP...

Great Lakes Roads

Indiana has a bunch of state roads in the 300s: 301, 312, 327, 329, 331, 332, 335, 337, 340, 341, 350, 352, 356, 357, 358, 362, and 364.

Former state roads that went away in my lifetime were in the 300s: 311 (2013), 334 (2011), and 342 (2014).

KY 300 is a minor road in Lincoln and Boyle counties. Part of it is the former route of US 150 in Stanford.
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

Up to 2003, Iowa had a Highway 300. It went from I-29 to Modale. I never drove on it, before or after decommissioning. It was probably better than Minnesota's old Highway 300, which went from US 169 to a prison in Shakopee.

Virginia has I-381, I-395, US-301, US-311, US-340, and US-360.
And almost every 3xx number in the state routes, including 311, 360, and 381. I think the only 3xx numbers not in use right now are 357 and 386, and both of those were dropped within the past 3-4 years due to the facilities they served closing (and in VA 357's case, completely obliterated with no trace of the road left).

Delaware and Maryland have an MSR called Route 300. Don't know it's significance as it's one of four routes keeping the same number on both sides of the state line.
This route connects US 13 at Smyrna, Delaware to US 301 in Queen Anne's County, Maryland as well as MD 213 a few miles to the west.
