For me, an easy one. Some portion of MA 135 in Needham.

AZ 51, AZ 101, US 27, CA 41, CA 198, FL 436, FL 15 and would US 1 would be the most common for me.  I'm not sure which one is the actual winner.

Easy answer. One of two sections of NY 286; one was the blowout winner through the early years of my life, but now it's become surprisingly competitive. Not disclosing the start and endpoints for obvious reasons.  :)

SkyPesos

Same answer as my US highway one (US 22 in the Montgomery area), except this time, it includes OH 3 as they're in a concurrency.

Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%

TheStranger

US 101 (Bayshore Freeway and Central Freeway) between San Mateo and SF and Route 82/El Camino Real in San Mateo County, followed closely by I-280 and I-380.

Either K-10 or CO83.  Probably the former for total mileage and the latter for amount of times.
