I guess I'm biased by knowing where it is, but still, there's plenty more than Long Island that can be ruled out.

First, the bolded word above is significant.

Second, let me see if I can do a de-facto county reveal with this clue: There's just one US route in this county. Its number represents how many NY state routes there are in this county.

If you can figure out both clues, it's a coin flip.
