Sounds like Edmonton had a horrible night.

And a second horrible night, the Panthers lead 2-0 against the Oilers.

Now it'll take a miracle for Edmonton, Florida leads 3-0 in the Finals.

Those Wild jerseys look great! But one can't help but to wonder how Dallas would feel about the new team using their old color scheme.
Go Cubs Go! Go Cubs Go! Hey Chicago, what do you say? The Cubs are gonna win today!

Looks like Canada's 30+ year title drought will continue for at least another year.

Well, now it looks like the Oilers were very angry about that possibility and did something to at least delay it.

Edmonton scored all the goals they were supposed to in Games 1 and 2 in Game 4

The Edmonton Oilers stay alive for another day, beating Florida 5-3. Game 6 in Edmonton should be epic.

It already is, since the Panthers got "dragged back to Alberta". Then a winner-take-all Game 7 should be more so.

We got a game 7, let's see if the Oilers will end the "curse of Marty McSorley" or "curse of Gary Bettman" or if the Panthers will finally win the Stanley cup.

Has any team in the NHL ever come back from an 0-3 deficit in the Stanley Cup finals?

Max Rockatansky

Yes, the Maple Leafs did it once ages ago in 1942.

Sightly an off-topic sidenote, but I saw on an other forum a thread about the 25th anniversary of Brett Hull's "No Goal" incident at the 1999 finals between Buffalo and Dallas.

These Finals went from 0 to 100 real quick, and I am here for it.

As previously stated, the Maple Leafs did do this once before, against the Red Wings in 1942.
Detroit almost got revenge in 1945, by coming back from a 3-0 deficit in the Finals against said Leafs and tying the series, but they lost game 7. This will be the third time in SCF history of having to play a Game 7 after a 3-0 deficit.

The only Finals clincher that has unnerved me more is game 5 in 2018.

Including all other playoff rounds, it also happened in 1975 (Islanders over Penguins in the quarterfinals), 2010 (Flyers over Bruins in the East semifinals) and 2014 (Kings over Sharks in the West quarterfinals).

Right now, it doesn't look too good for the Oilers as the Panthers lead 2-1.

I'm not really a Panthers fan, but I'm glad they won the Stanley Cup. It's more interesting when a team that has never won the big title wins it for the first time. The only thing similar is a team that hasn't won it all in a very long time. The fans go far more nuts over it and are more appreciative.

What's the point of even having Canadian teams if Americans keep winning?

Wasn't always the case.
