The 403 near London?

I'm going to have to give it to you. It is approaching the westernmost end of the 403. Your first guess 30 seconds after I posted the picture wasn't bad. I deliberately left a 100kmh sign showing in case we ended up with people thinking it's in the US.

I-99... the Glen Quagmire of interstate routes??

deathtopumpkins

That is definitely not the Zakim Bridge... doesn't even look in the US to me.

oh fudge, not an impossible-to-guess infrastructure that people are resorting to binary elimination logic to try to find.

this is not the point of the game.  the most specific grain of dust on the planet can be precisely located within 30 or 31 guesses.  our endeavor is not to imitate the banality of machine reasoning.

game over.  original poster, find something else.  Truvelo, find something else.

upon further reckoning, I fail to see how NOLANOLA jumped in when it was Truvelo who guessed the previous element.

Truvelo, post something for us to guess.  and let's keep it below the threshold of absurdity where people have to resort to raw computational firepower to figure this out.  this is supposed to be *fun*, remember?

Truvelo hadn't posted in 7 days.  Just trying to keep the game going.  What makes one picture any more impossible then the next?

Truvelo has just come back from the States with about 600 pictures. I'll find one to post when I've downloaded them to my PC :colorful:

Is anyone going to attempt the last picture? I think it's in Brazil as they have freeways split by rivers.

Edit - I was right, it's in the center of Sao Paulo :colorful:

dude, that could be anything.... can we please make the game feature elements that are relatively easy to guess?

I've changed the picture to an easier one. Those who saw the original picture, it's another part of the same road.

that still could be anything.  I am sick of the edited and blanked-out green signs... can we please post a photo that represents the scene as it appears in reality??

But that would give it away

the point of the game to make it sufficiently easy to guess that no blanking is necessary - while sufficiently difficult to guess that it remains a challenge.  Find a freeway that is distinct enough that it can be identified even in the absence of any green signs at all, so that none may need to be erased.
