I was trying to compile a list of any Interstate that ends, but continues as a state highway with the same number.

For example, California has several of these.

I-110 in California continues as CA-110

I-15 in California continues as CA-15

I-210 in California continues as CA-210

A few other instances I can think of, though I'm sure I'm missing a lot.

I-759 in Alabama continues as AL-759

I-794 in Wisconsin continues as WI-794

Many of the 3dis in New York qualify. Examples include NY 390, NY 590, and NY 787.

I-540 in North Carolina continues as NC 540; I-885 continues as NC 885; I-140 continues as NC 140.

A stretch would be to find more examples of this with 2DI's; OCGuy already posted the only one I can think of right now.

I-710 was supposed to continue as CA-710 in Pasadena and South Pasadena if it was approved to link the 710 gap.

I-380 was supposed to continue as CA-380 west of San Bruno to Pacifica.

CA 710 does exist in two places.  North of I-10 and south of Shoreline Drive isn't classified as Interstate by the FHWA.

I think technically I-194 in Mandan, ND, continues as ND 810 into Bismarck, but both highways are unsigned.

Edit: I cannot read

Well NY 481 soon won't be connected to an interstate
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

I-381 continues as VA 381
I-195 continues as VA 195
I-295 continues as DC 295

I-265 in Indiana USED to continue east of I-65 as IN 265, which is resigned as I-265 in 2023.

Not quite the same, but I-215 continues as Clark County Road 215 in NV.

Near Harrisburg, PA, I-283 makes a left turn and becomes State Route 283.

You left out NY 590, NY 690, NY 481, NY 890, and NY 878.

Got one!

I-95 continues across the northern border as New Brusnwick 95

CA-480 was supposed to be with I-480 when the Embarcadero Freeway existed and it was supposed to connect to Presidio Parkway then known as Doyle Drive.

It will still be connected to an interstate (I-81), just not its namesake interstate.

OCGuy81

Not sure if this would count, but Interstate 41 continues as US-41 in both directions.

Though US-41 is signed with Interstate 41 throughout.... :hmmm:

A 'US' highway is a state highway.

In a similar vein to I-41 and US41, I-74 continues as US74 at its easternmost western end, and at its easternmost and second easternmost eastern ends.

Continuing the same number concurrency theme with something a bit less tenuous (and a bit more permanent):

I-A1 continues as AK1 at its western end.
I-A2 continues as AK2 at both ends.

but is still signed as IN 265.
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%
