Exit Numbers and Route Numbers

Ok, I got a game for you ...on all the Interstates (including beltways, loops, spurs as well as mainlines) can you name the interchanges (either consecutive or mileage-based) where the exit number matches the route being intersected....

Two examples to start you off with:

I-71, Exit 104 > Ohio Route 104
I-270 Exit 23 > US Route 23

I think you have that confused for US 31 at Exit 31, since 41 is at least 70 miles west of Indy. On that same highway a few miles down the road you have Exit 37 with I-69 and SR 37.

This is not quite what you're looking for but there is an Exit 65 on I-65 in Tennessee (for TN 96).  I really thought that was interesting back when the speed limit was 65!

Back on topic:

US 11 Enters/Leaves I-75 at Exit 11 north of Chattanooga.

and a near miss:
The exit for US 31A/41A on TN 840 is Exit 42.

While this isn't quite what the OP was going for, Exit 264 on I-64 in VA is for I-664.

These are more common than one might think. I-64 eastbound's Exit 75 in Kentucky is for I-75. I-75's Exit 25 is for US 25W. I've photographed numerous examples in several states.

A slight palindrome-like variation is I-95 Exit 244 for FL 442.

Not interstate, but both A1(M) junction 14 and M11 junction 14 in GB are for the A14. M25 junction 2 is for the A2. M4 junction 4a is for the A4. M54 junction 5 is for the A5. M8 junction 8 is for the A8. That's it for Britain.

I-10 exit 1A in CA is for CA1
I-95 exit 1A in FL is for US1
I-287 exits 1A and 1B in NJ are for US1
I-95 exit 1 in MA is for US1
