Of these three dishes, which do you prefer?

I know eggplant parmesan is a traditional Italian recipe while chicken and veal parmesan are Italian-American creations, but my favorite would be chicken parmesan.  I especially love the chicken parmesan at Buca di Beppo.

I don't care, as long as it's pink.

Seriously, dude?

Sorry, I got carried away.  I just went by the colors of the ingredients when they are raw (although veal is actually a reddish pink), and for "Buca di Beppo" I simply went with the colors of the logo.

However, I really do prefer chicken parmesan over the other two.  Eggplant isn't my thing, and at the time Olive Garden had veal parmesan on the menu it wasn't that great.

Chicken parmesan is awesome.  There's actually a place in Rome, NY (Mazzaferro's) that has really awesome chicken parmesan subs that were a bit of an addiction for me when I lived there.  I miss them now :(

I don't have opinions anymore. All I know is that no one is better than anyone else, and everyone is the best at everything

Eggplant checking in. Was one of my go-tos when I was a vegetarian and is still what I'm mostly likely to order at an Italian joint.
