Both in the Raleigh, NC area:
I-87 / I-440
US-64 / US-264

Solution? Truncate I-440 at I-87 (Knightdale Bypass segment), sign the 2 mile overlap to I-40 solely as I-87. The intent of signing I-87 over I-440 from the beginning was to connect I-87 South traffic directly into I-40 West with one movement, instead of I-87 -> I-440 -> I-40, and vice versa. Behind the wheel, there's no difference as far as route, but for signage and continuity purposes, it makes sense.

As for US-64 / US-264, truncate US-264 at the US-64 / Future I-87 freeway in Zebulon.

Olive Garden must be stopped.  I must stop them.

Bonus.  US-158 ends there also (from the other direction).

Before the 1964 CA renumbering, US 99 and SSR 111 were co-signed right down to the border crossing at Calexico.  Also, pre-Interstate, US 60 and US 70 terminated concurrently at the Santa Ana/US 101-San Bernardino Freeway interchange east of downtown L.A. (although US 99, also multiplexed with the other two, continued NB with US 101).  And similarly, US 40 and US 50 concurrently terminated at US 101 in San Francisco at the point where I-80 terminates today (although not technically so on the Federal books).  But for the past 56 years there exist zero co-termination instances within the state.

MI-54, coming from the south, and MI-83, coming from the north, meet head on east of Birch Run. They both turn west onto Birch Run Rd., and run concurrently for 2 miles before both ending at I-75.

Historical: KY 1398 and KY 1571 ended at KY 52 in eastern Estill County. KY 1398 was truncated back to KY 1571 when a new bridge was built over Millers Creek and the intersection was relocated. Now, KY 1398 has been decommissioned as a state route and is county-maintained (although signs remain posted for KY 1398).

That one doesn't count, because US 64 keeps going there.

Forgot one that's relatively nearby: TX 288 and TX 36 both end at FM 1495 in Freeport.

As did NC 12 until they routed it onto Virginia Dare Trail and opened the road to Currituck Beach up.

NCDOT actually considered doing that. I don't know why they didn't. I guess it made too much sense.

Yes, please. I know Greenville initially wanted that overlap 20+ years ago but I seriously doubt they give a shit about it now that they have I-587 reserved.

In Cleveland, Ohio, many roads lead to and terminate at Public Square with concurrencies. From Superior Avenue from the west, US 42 and OH 3 terminate together. US 422/OH 14/OH 8/OH 87/OH 43 enter from the south side of the square and terminate (US 21 also was part of this multiplex until it was truncated in the 60s). US 322 also terminates at Public Square, but its concurrent US 6 continues on.

OH 3 is a special case as its southern end is concurrent with US 22 where they both terminate near Cincinnati.
So many miles and so many roads

I-84 and I-380 end together at I-81 in the Scranton, PA area.
Mileage-based exit numbering implies the existence of mileage-cringe exit numbering.

MA 22/127 at MA 1A in Beverly.  Granted, the current signage in the field is somewhat vague.  The early-80s vintage shield signs emphasized the concurrency more.
