It's all fun & games until someone summons Cthulhu and brings about the end of the world.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

Had this on repeat for a while. Lyrics leave a bit to be desired but the chorus is a strong 10/10

Ever listen to Love Shack by the B-52s and think "this needs more Devil May Cry"?

An awesome song. I hope the artist gets found one day, and just like FEX has some more bangers under their belt.

Have you played one before?  I have, and it's definitely a fun experience!  My parents' church was celebrating a milestone anniversary, and they invited me to play that day.  I arranged probably two dozen hymns for that day's performance, which was more difficult than it sounds because it has both a limited range and also no "black key" levers except B♭ and F♯.  It's a definitely a different thing, knowing that the entire neighborhood can hear any mistakes you might make...

Sounds like the choir better be comfortable singing only in the keys of C or F or G...

I heard this song today for the first time in ages! It was a huge Canadian radio staple in 1999 and the early 2000's.

I could write a paragraph, but it could be summed up in two words: weeb shit.

Because it's Good Friday, I'm currently listening to J. S. Bach's St John Passion.

When I was small, I preferred minor key hymns over major, so Lent was peak hymn season. (hmmm, I might still be small)

When somebody says "I like all kinds of music" it usually means they don't really like music that much and they definitely don't have a passion for it. I listen to a fairly wide variety of music, but I dislike much more music than I like.

In my case it boils down to "I know what I like, but I don't have the vocabulary to explain it because it has more to do with how the song is constructed than what genre it is".

If asked, I normally just say I like jazz. Most people don't know enough about it to ask any more questions, and if they do then they can probably teach me something about it.

Speaking of "I listen to everything", a YTPMV of the entirety of Through the Fire and Flames done with Morshu's two lines, by a single person.
