Would too many people object if I point out that the proper separator for a range of numbers is an en dash (—) and not a hyphen (-)?  On Windows, that's alt+0150.  On my android phone, I just hold in alt+v (which usually makes a hyphen) until the options for en and em dashes appear.  Or, you could just copy and paste, as there are currently several ranges in the list which use en dashes already.
Wait, it's all Ohio? Always has been.

On an iOS device you hold down the hyphen key and it brings up the options for the proper dashes.

(Frankly I don't care what anyone uses in this particular thread. I'm just glad someone else knows and cares about the difference!)
