do you have a closeup of that 391?  That is a very distinct font... looks just like the official Oregon state font of the mid 40s to early 60s from here.

I alas don't have any 392 shield photos offhand.

999 is more like it. ;)  PA has a 999 route (I think I have a picture of it, but only when the time comes if I'm the lucky one. ;))
