NY Route 9N is 143.49 miles long. Is there a longer suffixed route? You can count any definition you'd like, including county routes and international.

FUTURE: I don't know where the split point will be, but I think at least one of the 69s will be over 200 miles. (It's 225 from the intersection of US-59 and US-77 to Brownsville)
Davenport, IA -> Valparaiso, IN -> Ames, IA -> Orlando, FL -> Gainesville, FL -> Evansville, IN

US 9W is less than 2 miles shorter than 9N. Before the northern split point was shifted from Glens Falls to Albany, it was a tad under 200.

For the purposes of this forum, are we counting SR A1A in Florida? Wikipedia lists its length as 339 miles.

Using the longer of the splits: US 25W is 145.7 miles long and US 11E is 120.9 miles long.
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

Counting it as suffixed? I see no reason why not.

Counting it as all one route as opposed to a bunch of routes with the same number? That one I have to disagree with. There are either six or seven discontinuous segments of A1A, depending on whether you consider a ferry to be a discontinuity.

The ferry debate proves relevant since if you count it as a discontinuity, the longest segment of A1A is 105.93 miles long (from Stuart to Cocoa). If you don't, the longest segment is 146.53 miles long (from Port Orange to Callahan), which makes it longer than NY 9A by a few miles.
If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.

But does A1A really count when it's really considered Florida State Road 1 since it was signed that way to avoid confusion with Florida State Route 5 AKA US Route 1?  :hmmm:

US 95A in Nevada is 105 miles long, US 89A in Utah/Arizona is 92 miles long with another former section signed as Arizona 89A now that is 83 miles.

Anyone know how long US 31W is?   I think it was about 160-170 miles long if I remember right.

Both MA/NH 3A (Plymouth MA - Concord NH) and US/MA/NH 1A (Providence RI - Portsmouth NH) are just slightly under 140 miles, although both have an unsigned overlap with their parent in Boston.

From when I posted a page on US 31E in Tennessee earlier this month, I measured 190 miles for the eastern branch via Google maps from end to end.
