I-294 and US 45 in both Justice and Franklin Park Illinois

Wouldn't that be crossing twice?  :bigass:

I-95 crosses over US-60 and US-360 in downtown Richmond without an interchange. Two for one

However, the crossing in Justice is an interchange.  There are entry ramps to the southbound Tri-State from LaGrange Road.

Prior to the 1989-90 reroute of US 1 onto I-93 (& a short segment of I-95) in the Boston area; it crossed but did not interchange with I-90.

Not sure if this old MDC-spec'd BGS erected a few years prior to the reroute (but never revised) is still there.

The section of the PA Turnpike signed I-70/I-76 does this with both US-119 and US-219.

And at Bedford, there's US-220; you have to go a few hundred yards on Business 220 to get between the pike and I-99/US-220 proper.  Also, in that same vicinity, the pike crosses US-30 twice -- and does so yet again east of Breezewood.

US 78 and I-459 in Birmingham, AL cross, but there isn't an interchange where they cross.

Even though there is no access from 294 to 45?

I-12 and US 51 cross but don't interchange, namely because of proximity to the I-12/I-55 interchange. However, a mile or so to the east, I-12 does interchange with US 51 Business.

Yes.  There used to be a northbound exit ramp to 88th Avenue there, but it was removed some time ago.

I'd disagree on US 119 , US 219 and US 220. There are connections, although not direct, and the routes are signed on the Turnpike/I-76.

I-91 and US 4 in White River Junction, VT.  Access to US 4 is provided via US 5 at Exit 11.

Does it have to be between an Interstate and a US Route? If not, I know of an example with 2 interstates.
I's traveled:

US-52 crosses I-88 once without an interchange in Dixon, IL.

Gahh, that's the one I was going to mention!

I'll also add I-280 and US67 near Rock Island, IL.  Use Airport Road exit for access.

US-67 and I-280 in Milan, IL.

Add Interstate 40 and U.S. 266 to the list for where they cross one another southwest of Warner, Oklahoma.

I-275 crosses over US-50 in Milford, OH. Access is provided via OH-450 (formerly an unnamed pseudo-freeway). I think the original intention may have been to route US-50 on this pseudo freeway to en route to downtown Cincinnati.

That doesn't count, for two reasons. One is that access is provided, and IIRC, the exit is signed for US 50. Two is that the routes intersect on the west side of Cincinnati, at the only Indiana exit for I-275, and access there is also via an access road.

#1 is incorrect. It used to be signed for US-50, but now the BGS says OH-450 to US-50. The access road is signed OH-450 until you pass I-275 going Westbound and it turns into Milford Pkwy. So you have to take OH-450 East to get to US-50. You have to take OH-450 West to get to I-275.

#2 I will give you and I thought of that one. That is really just a long ramp to get to US-50.

I-471 does not intersect US 27. The spur route south of I-275 that connects to US 27 is unsigned KY 471.
Exit 2 on I-471 is for US-27 Southgate / Ft. Thomas.

Almost.  But I'll add US 6 and I-380/US 218 west of Iowa City.

I-80/I-90 cross US-23 without an intersection just west of Toledo, OH

Also in Toledo, US 24 crosses the Turnpike (I-80/90) with no interchange.

cl94

Are we going to count I-87 and US 20? The southern stub of the Northway might be signed "to US 20", but there's an intermediate interchange in there and the stubs are over a mile long.
