Not sure this challenge would net anything other than pictures of flashing yellow arrows.

There's the famous Tipperary Hill light, but that seems too cliché.

US 95 in Amesbury MA? by <name removed>, on Flickr

Also an error: should be I-95, not US 95.

I am sure I've posted one or two of these in other threads, but here they are nonetheless.

Oregon seems to have quite a few of these. Here's a two-fer on an interchange sequence sign on I-5 South just before Exit 303:

I did not respond since I wasn't sure my photo would work, but Liberty, Missouri has 3 section signals with Red and alternating yellow and green arrows (2 sets of LED's).  So you have red, green straight arrow, green Left arrow , with straight and Right in the other signal. Yellow sequence, all arrows turn yellow.

Illinois likes to put the route number on street blades when the junction has a traffic signal.  Here are a couple examples of that.

I have to ask: what's the point when using individual signs? I get it with unisigns, but...

Some examples below of what I mean: only route markers, arrows, and optionally, cardinal directions; nothing else. Minnesota has lots of these, often on traffic signal mast arms.
