2. A sign calling out an entity which a highway honors is not the same as an honorary name.  "Honorary John Q. Public Highway" is an honorary name.  A sign that says "This highway honors the veterans of the Korean War" is not an honorary name.  If it's phrased as "Korean War Veterans Memorial Beltway," it should count, because it's a name.  Otherwise, I don't think so.

I think it's up to the OP to make a clarification on the rules, your interpretation is as right or wrong as anyone else's.

I replaced Livernois with Lees, so the game can continue unabated.

Super legit.  And don't worry, I don't think I'm the boss of all the challenges just because I started the first in this new surge of them.  I'm not the boss, but I do exercise judgment and things.  These things are frivolous and just for fun so none of this matters anyways.

Paul said pretty much the same thing that I've been saying. A dedication is not a name. If they had named the segment of the highway "Korean War Veterans Highway" we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Yes it's a bit pedantic, but I think the precision is justified. It needs to be a name given to the highway or part of the highway in order to be playable.
