I've made the decision -- and it wasn't an easy decision to make -- to move on from the forum. I may come back to lurk every now and then. But not in the near future, and I don't intend to log in or make additional posts.
You can count on me being a roadgeek forever, even if I'm not here sharing the enjoyment.
It has been a real pleasure. It is tough to put into words how much I've enjoyed being able to talk -- and joke and argue -- with people with similar interests. I really thought I was pretty much alone until I found this place a few short years ago. So all I can really say is thank you! May 2019 have more posts than 2018, and so on for the duration!

Webny99, please consider coming back to the forum. There are many ways in which roadgeekery can be manifested and enjoyed, but you can always feel free to call this forum home.
I do understand the fascination with "special numbers" (such as the post count being exactly 2222). But my suggestion is to take screenshots or pictures of it, but then move on. It is cool, but we must keep moving forward. If circumstances call for taking a hiatus from the forum, and 2222 posts seems like a good point of closure to depart, I understand, but just remember that you can always come back. As interesting as it is, don't let a number deprive you of doing what you enjoy. You have been a great friend to me, and the whole roadgeek community is waiting here with open arms if you ever decide to come back. Please consider it, and I wish you the best of luck with whatever you decide to do.
