Technically an error: Business xxx B is, to my knowledge, solely an Arkansas phenomenon.

If this were 271B, it would be a state route. So it should simply be Business US 271

An Oklahoma oddity

There are a few scattered instances of the xxxB phenomenon in Oklahoma. They are all errors, technically. Business US 81 in Rush Springs is signed exclusively as US 81B.

OK 70A in Wilson is occasionally referred to as US 70A, notably by the official state highway map, but all ODOT signage correctly identifies it as a state route. I think a few Carter County-installed blade signs read "US HWY 70A" though.

Kentucky catalogs its business routes as US ##x even though they are posted as Business routes. There is a US 31E business route in Mt. Washington. Instead of posting "Business US 31E," we get this atrocity...

The way Arkansas keeps changing route numbers, I'm waiting for a Business Spur route because AHTD is so full of BS
