I was napping when we passed that intersection back in August, so i missed getting photos.

At any rate, here are three US route markers, including one that shouldn't be.

I assume that should be VA 18, not US 18?

US 220 -> Arkansas 220 north of Van Buren (July 12, 2021)

If you take the "other" 220, you wind up at Devil's Den State Park and AR 170
