Except Bud SHUSTER doesn't have a C in his name and has absolutely nothing to do with the naming of Schuster Pkwy in Tacoma

the Hell?  rounded-corner black rectangle inside a squared-off-corner shield blank?  That's a Maryland variety I had never seen before.  I swear, Maryland has no standards ...
