Medicinal Gun - Canada's MAID gets a little more violent

Some video games, Unreal Tournament 2004 and Team Fortress 2 among them, actually have something that fits this description. "Shooting" an ally heals them, while damaging opponents the way a typical gun would.

Also, Team Fortress 2 literally has a Medigun that's a healing beam for teammates.

Of course, I-75 as a freeway does end before it gets to Canada. I guess technically the bridge is considered part of I-75. But there is an end sign before you get to the toll plaza:

Yep, I'm fairly certain the northern endpoint of I-75 is officially the Canadian border.
