DE-Comissioned Routes You've Clinched?

What FORMER routes have you clinched?

Can be either highways that existed when you clinched them....
...Or it was the former route alignment that still exists, but the route number doesn't.

The route number must not be in existence today, nor can it be an upgraded/downgraded route (i.e. US-21 to SR-21).

US 89

Utah 184 was one of my first route clinches. It's been gone since 2007, absorbed into the modern Utah 186.

 My all time favorite was exploring the entirety of what remains of FL 4A in the Lower Keys.  A lot of it had to be done on foot given the roads are often abandoned or washed out by the ocean.  4A was the 1928 Overseas Highway for those who don't know.

I clinched OK-74A back when it was still around. This is the only route I've clinched that has been decommissioned later, as far as I know.

I've also clinched what I believe was OK-107 (still a state highway, carried on the books as OK-0) as well as K-132.

1956-1964 I-5W (now I-580) through Oakland - only the extent that was signed as I-5W.
Does I-380 count as it was originally planned as a Route 186?  Not sure 186 was ever signed though.
1964-1965 Route 117 (Junipero Serra Boulevard between South San Francisco and Colma)
1964-1984 Route 176 (Santa Maria to Sisquoc)
1964-1996 Route 224 (Carpinteria, including part of old US 101)
1965-1994 Route 256 (former US 99E in Roseville; though the bypass planned is not exactly the same as the old US highway surface route)

Route 275 is a weird one, essentially it was at one point fully decommissioned but now covers the Tower Bridge portion only as an active state route.

Elsewhere:

former Highway 54 in Quezon City/Mandaluyong/Makati (EDSA)
former Bypass US 60 in Louisville, Kentucky (now I-264)
former I-265 in Nashville (now I-65)

Regarding California I was out trying to do a decommission clinch on CA 225 when I found out that it isn't actually fully dead yet.  There is still an underpass that is part of Route 225 mileage and technically makes it the shortest State Highway.  I did former 224 and 176 on that day trip.

You guys are doing this wrong. OP is actually asking us how many Delaware routes we've clinched. I have clinched none.

MD 46 - I have driven the entire length of MD 46 many times before it was decommissioned - that stretch of highway is now part of I-195.  Interestingly, it is the only route 46 that I have ever been on.  But I did drive it while it was numbered as 46, so to me, it counts in the "What is the lowest numbered route you haven't been on" thread (I'm up to 135).

This next one isn't a decommissioning per se, but a renumbering that cost me a far-away clinch.

On my 2017 Iceland vacation, I drove the entirety of Route 1 (the "Ring Road"), about 820-ish miles.  A scant two weeks after my trip, the segment of Route 1 between Egilsstaðir and Breiðdalshreppur was re-routed down another path; the (mostly gravel) road I had traveled was renumbered to Route 95.  Subsequent to that, another section of Route 1 east of Akureyri was re-routed due to completion of a vehicular tunnel.  The road I traveled was renumbered to Routes 83 and 84.

Not a clinch, but I did use a portion of former I-164, which is now part of I-69.

VA 357 and 386 were decommissioned after I clinched them. Whatever the hell was done with VA 169 was also after I clinched it.

As far as "former routes where the road still exists" ...too many to list.

I would still count it as a clinch since you traveled the whole thing as it existed at the time. I don't count changes to a route as needing a re-clinch unless they extend it along a road I haven't been on before. Partially exactly because of things like this (and also because I don't keep up with realignments in other states).

Alabama 200 and 275. I could also count 38, but it's re-used as a hidden number for US 280.

A lot of Florida's decommissioned state roads just become county roads of the same number, so they won't count in this thread.

Since most routes below national status in Spain have been renumbered at least once, I can easily say I have lots of them clinched. The most prominent decomissioned route I have clinched is the original N-123, which was already gone by the time I was born. And there are at least three provincial roads which I were on as a child before the region took over and renumbered them (I've since been on two of them again).
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

CA 69 essentially is just now CA 245 so there is another worthwhile curvy drive.  I did the original CA 211 which is largely now CA 155.  I have replicated US 48 as much as possibly can be done.  I've replicated US 466 later alignment and as much as possible of the early one that had the dirt segment.  US 399 consists of highways that are still in the State Route System with a minor jog in Taft.

The A344 in England. Not only was the road decommissioned, part of it has been removed. In the satellite view linked below, you can see where it ran–it split off the A303 east of Stonehenge and ran northwest to the roundabout outside the new Stonehenge car park. When I visited Stonehenge, the car park was roughly across the A344 from the rocks and visitors walked under the road via a pedestrian tunnel. The road was closed in 2013. Part of it remains to allow for shuttle bus operation from the new visitors' centre located further to the west near the roundabout at the A360 and the B3086, but the part from the old car park to the A303 has been removed and "grassed over."

The Street View car went through there before the road was closed to general traffic, but Google appears to have removed the old images.
