I'm also surprised this went as long as it did, considering my propensity of pulling out random locations with a 75 mph speed limit in Texas in this game. The clue was that the front license plate on the car was white, a dead giveaway that the location was in Texas given the scenery (no other southern states have a front plate IIRC).
