This is MA, so my guess is what's reasonable minus 15-20. Let's go 45?

Sorry, slept in a bit.

65 mph

Bingo!

US-97 northwest of Ellensburg, WA.

I was pretty sure that was US-97 (or at least a highway nearby), but wasn't totally sure if it was OR, WA, or CA, could fit in with any of those states. I would have guessed WA though since I'm least familiar with WA's segments of US-97, and I don't remember seeing windmills along US-97 in the other states, except near Biggs, OR probably, and since you live in WA. I would have guessed 65 or 60 if others didn't beat me to it haha.

Technically 60 is also correct since, it being Washington, trucks are capped at 60. But I assume this thread is focused on passenger vehicle limits.

Here is a speed limit sign just down from where I posted my link: https://goo.gl/maps/D37mmJoGYqV1mR6Z7

Not too often you see a two lane with separate passenger and truck limits.

Ah yes, good point. OR does as well: 5mph below the posted limit, above 60 mph (so 65/60 and 70/65).

So it's actually exceedingly common :-D At least on the Pacific coast.

Agreed, not really seen outside the west. Chesapeake and Virginia Beach over here in the east has had certain roadways and some still (that haven't been just fully reduced) posted with either 55 mph / 45 mph truck or 45 mph / 35 mph truck. Usually due to narrow alignment, etc.

Sorry for the delay. This one is right - US-220 right above the Maryland border in PA.
