In Michigan:
I-69: 8 miles between Exit 105 (M-52) and Exit 113 (Grand River Rd)
I-75: 14 miles between Exit 359 (M-134) and Exit 373 (M-48)
I-94: 9 miles between Exit 248 (26 Mile Rd) and Exit 257 (Fred Moore Hwy)
I-96 WB: 7 miles between Exit 52 (M-50) and Exit 59 (Nash Hwy)
I-96 EB: 8 miles between Exit 137 (CR D-19) and Exit 145 (Grand River Ave) - Exit 141 is WB only
US-23: 7 miles between Exit 60 (I-96) and Exit 67 (M-59)
US-31: 8 miles between Exit 158 (Oceana Dr) and Exit 166 (Pere Marquette Hwy)
US-127: 14 miles between Exit 176 (Clare Ave) and Exit 190 (Snow Bowl Rd)
US-131: 10 miles between Exit 142 (19 Mile Rd) and Exit 153 (US-10) - Exit 142 is misnumbered
As recent as 2001, there was a nine mile distance between Exit 43 (M-11) and Exit 52 (M-50) along I-96. Since that timeframe, two exits have been opened, Exit 44 (36th St) and Exit 46 (M-6).

There's an approximately 11 mile stretch between exits on the Atlantic City Expressway, between Exits 17 & 28.  However, there's a service plaza around MP 20 for those that take off points for accessible food/fuel on the roadway.

Considering the density of North Jersey, there's a surprisingly long 9 mile stretch between Exits 8A (South Brunswick) & 9 (New Brunswick) on the NJ Turnpike.

Longest in Nebraska is 13 miles between Exit 164(Hershey-Link 56C) and Exit 177(North Platte-US 83)

Longest I can think of in Pennsylvania is between exit 110 (US 219 in Somerset) and exit 146 (I-99/US 220 in Bedford) along the Pennsylvania Turnpike, which is around 35 miles.

USA today has got it screwed up... or they made the Bazzar Cattle Pens an "exit" on the Turnpike. The 30 miles between Admire and South Topeka on the Turnpike is not the longest gap between exits. Cassoday is exit 92, Emporia is exit 127, and in between the two exits is 35 miles of long tangents and short-radius curves, along with the Matfield Green Service Plaza and the aforementioned Cattle Pens.

Incidentally, the Kansas Turnpike would have had the longest distance between exits prior to the opening of the Cassoday interchange. Exit 76 was built *after* Cassoday, but Exit 71 is one of the original exits. Thus, the Kansas Turnpike had a 56 mile gap between exits prior to opening Cassoday.
Peace to you, and... don't drive like my brother.

Getting the sequential pests out of the way...

Connecticut: 5 miles between exits 42 and 44 on the parkway (should be exits 22-27)
Massachusetts: 29 miles between exits 2 and 3 on the Mass Pike (should be exits 11-40)
Rhode Island: 5 miles between exits 4 and 5 on I-95 (should be exits 9-14)
Vermont: 16 miles between exits 24 and 25 on I-91 (should be exits 140-156)
New Hampshire: 8 miles between exits 22 and 23 on I-93 (should be exits 61-69)
New York: 17 miles, three separate instances on I-90/Thruway: between exits 60 and 59 (should be 11-28), between exits 47 and 46 (should be 117-134), and between exits 29A and 29 (should be 285-302)
Delaware: 9 miles between exits 119 and 136 on DE 1 (should be exits 76-85)

Hmm... so that makes Connecticut, Delaware, and Florida with their top distance not on an interstate. Are there any other states in this club?

For Hawaii it's 8 miles between exits 1 and 9 on I-H3.

Interestingly, the state with the puniest contribution to this (other than DC) actually appears to be Alaska, which cannot muster more than 4 miles between any two of the unnumbered exits on the freeway section of AK 1 (I-A4).
If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.

Kentucky's greatest distance, I believe, is on the Green River William H. Natcher Parkway between the KY 69 exit and the US 60 Bypass at Owensboro.

Pretty sure the longest distance in NJ is on the Turnpike south of Exit 6, making it not on an Interstate. Another sequential pest there.

Has anyone looked at the same question applied to Canada?  One contender would be the 49km (30mi) on NB 2 between Exit 365 (NB 10) and Exit 414 (NB 885).

Nice list!  Looks like I-75 has several other 10+ mile stretches in northern Michigan, most notably between Exit 227 (WB M-55) and 239 (M-18).

The longest stretch I could find on a 3di in Michigan is 7 miles, on I-196 between exits 55 and 62 in Ottawa County.

Back in May of 1992, you could see this sign on I-75 just before the exit for US 27, and before the toll for Alligator Alley (while the upgrade to Interstate 75 was in progress):

Sorry for the blurriness, this was some sort of Fuji ISO 400 film with some windshield glare. Best I could do...

It's since been changed to 26 miles, when the gas station at the Miccosukee Reservation opened. So is 86 miles the most?

I think for Louisiana the longest mileage between exits on interstates is 13 miles on interstate 49 between the LA 10 Lebeau Exit (exit 27) to LA 29 exit to Ville Platte (exit 40) although there is a large rest area exit in between. The next contender would be on Interstate 10, either 12 miles from LA 108 Vinton (exit 8) to LA 27 Sulphur (exit 20), or 12 miles from LA 77 Grosse Tete (exit 139) to LA 415 Lobdell (Exit 151)

Less the Turnpike and the Palisades Parkway, NJ is entirely milebased.

There are also 12 mile stretches between gramercy and Laplace and Laplace and kenner.  also the causeway is one long stretch with no exits.

The longest distance between interchanges in New Jersey is a measly 13.3 between Exits 2 and 3 on the New Jersey Turnpike.  While not continuous over both directions, there is a 14 mile gap between Exit 38 and Exit 50 on the Parkway North.

Not anymore. The Galloway exit at the Service Area and Exit 44 have been added to reduce the gap.

waterpark one is the easternmost exit for Wisconsin Dells with US 12
ski one, I don't remember the road it exits too, but it's one west of the I-39 exit
