These are signed interstates only and they must be what you've personally driven, not as a passenger. It doesn't matter how much you've driven on or in what state. Here's my list (in numerical order):

5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 24, 40, 55, 57, 59, 65, 69, 70, 75, 80, 85, 94, 110 (FL), 110 (LA), 110 (MS), 220 (MS), 240 (TN), 255, 285, 310, 359, 440 (TN), 459, 510, 520, 610 (LA), 805, 985

Hopefully, I can add more to this list in the future.

I'm quite sure I've driven at least one exit on all of them. Definitely on all the two-digit ones. Even 99, though I am not proud of this fact.

and an innumerable quantity of three-digit ones that I don't care about. About the only three-digit interstate that actually does something is 476. The rest proudly connect nothing to nowhere for no good reason.

This lops off any family trip taken before the age of 18, mind you. Including Florida, Colorado, Ohio, Maine, Virginia...

Now, I'm not sure about 495(DC/MD/VA) and 895(MD). Both have been traveled on trips where I was doing some of the driving, but whether or not I was driving at the time I can't say.

There's too many to count, for me. The only 2di I haven't been on is I-19 south of Tucson to Nogales and the currently signed I-49 from Shreveport to Lafayette. In all, I've been on 85.39% of the interstates. (edit: forgot I-97 in Maryland, haven't been on that, either. Just the southern terminus near the bridge).
