Anyone want to submit your own pics of guide signs erected where contractor forgot to place the exit tabs, I thought I create a page to have especially for that.

I-65 North at US 31 near Lacon, Alabama. It's been missing for about a year, when the sign was replaced due to storm or accident damage.

The upcoming BGS still looks like this:

This is missing an EXIT 188 tab.  This has been missing since KTC put up the new Clearview sign about three years ago.

This new APL sign on I-10 has been missing its exit tab since it was put up in 2021.
