Lake Ontario to be renamed as Lake America

Politics is a forbidden topic here, but we Americans have had to listen to the president of the United States make declarations and then had to wait for the government of Iran, an evil and destructive power, to make a statement in order to find out whether that declaration was true. This being the case points out that there is a strong possibility that we did something very wrong.

We allow our media to abuse the First Amendment which is what we are doing wrong.  They all should learn from the Brady Bunch episode where Peter Brady abused his power, and learn from Mike Brady.


When Pope Francis died, I had to verify through the Vatican website that it was true.

New Mexico would have to vote on that, right? Changing a state's name isn't as simple as changing the name of a body of water.

No but he did it.   Just as another Commander in Chief renamed the tallest peak in North America before him.

Hopefully Congress will intervene and legislate that the Gulf and Lake are named their original designations.
