There is a left exit on I-264 westbound at Dixie Highway southbound (US 31W/60) (Google Maps calls it Exit 8B, but I think it's really 8A).  Yes, your "favorite" part of Kentucky!

Had completely forgotten about that, since I am so rarely out on that side of Louisville. I think that is probably a vestige of when the Watterson Expressway was US 60 and it ended at Dixie, prior to the extension of I-264 as the Shawnee Expressway.
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

Surprisingly few in Louisiana. I know there have been more in the past. Will list freeway/surface connections only.

Baton Rouge (Virtually all clustered along the ancient 1950s era section of I-110 through downtown):
I-110 left exits (direction NB - northbound; SB - southbound)
1A - Government Street/LA 73 (SB)
1B - Convention Street (NB)
1C - Florida Street/US 61-190 BUS (NB)
1D - North Street (NB)
1H - Laurel Street (SB)
8B - Scenic Hwy/US 61 southbound (NB) - to be fair, this exit is at the northern terminus

Mandeville:
North Causeway Approach - exit ramp to West Causeway Approach from bridge

New Orleans area:
I-10
Left entrance from South Claiborne Avenue to I-10 EB
Left entrance from Williams Blvd SB to I-10 EB
234B - Poydras Street (from EB)

I-310
10 - LA 3127 (from NB)

Shreveport
I-49
Ramps to and from Pete Harris Dr/Allen Ave (at north terminus, will eventually morph into mainline lanes once ICC is complete)

Discounting freeway-to-freeway connections, I can't think of any on Kentucky's interstate system.

There is a left exit on I-264 westbound at Dixie Highway southbound (US 31W/60) (Google Maps calls it Exit 8B, but I think it's really 8A).  Yes, your "favorite" part of Kentucky!

As for Tennessee, there's the I-40 eastbound ramp to US 25W/70 south/east in Newport (Exit 432B), and other than freeway-to-freeway that's technically about it.  I'm not counting the northbound Plough Blvd. on-ramp to I-240 west because Plough is practically a freeway.  One could also argue that I-55 has left exits north and south in the cloverleaf interchange just east of the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge, but that's silly.

Well, two or three years ago, before Fix40, there was the left-hand interchange from I-40W to the James White Parkway/US 441 South Connector (Exit 388A), but that's gone now.

Quote from: CoelacanthMn/DOT has been actively trying to remove left exits as interchanges are reconstructed. Recently removed have been SB I-35W to EB MN-62 and NB I-35W to WB MN-62/NB MN-121.

However, the project you cite (the Crosstown Commons) added a new left exit (WB 62 to SB 35W) and perpetuated another (EB 62 to NB 35W).

QuoteNB MN-252 to WB MN-610

This one doesn't really count IMO since it's the terminus of 252.  Similar to the I-93 Vermont example shadyjay cited earlier.

Quote from: wandering driveWB MN-36/SB MN-95 to SB MN-95

This one is moreso a route split than a bonafide left exit.

Some more not-yet-mentioned from the Twin Cities area:

- WB 94/694 to SB 494 in Maple Grove (left exit)
- NB 494 to WB 94 in Maple Grove (left entrance...I don't count the left exit since it's the I-494 terminus)
- EB 94 to NB 35W (left exit)
- NB 35W to EB 94 (left entrance)
- EB US 10 to NB 35W (left exit)
- WB 394 HOV ramps to MN 100 (left exits)
- EB 394 exit to 4th St (though there's an "END I-394" shield at the end of this ramp, I-394 actually ends at Washington Ave, so this is rightfully a "left exit")
- Conversely, the 3rd St ramp to WB 394 is a "left entrance"
- 12th St ramp to WB 94 in St. Paul (left entrance)
- SB 35E to Wacouta St in St. Paul (left exit)
- EB 94 to Mounds Blvd (left exit)

Of these, and relating to an earlier comment of JN Winkler, the first 6 are at system (fwy-to-fwy) interchanges, while the others are at service interchanges.

We also have some in the DC area.  Excluding weird funkiness caused by cancelled freeways and the HOV ramps along 95/395 and 66:

- SB I-95 to SB US 1 near Woodbridge (left exit)
- US 1 to the Inner Loop (SB I-95/495) Thru Lanes in Alexandria (left entrance)
- NB I-395 to NB US 1 at the 14th St Bridge (left exit)
- SB I-395 to SB US 1 near the Pentagon (left exit)
- WB VA 27 to SB I-395 (left exit)
- NB GW Pkwy to Memorial Bridge/WB US 50 (left exit)
- Memorial Bridge to NB GW Pkwy (left entrance)
- Memorial Bridge/EB VA 27 to SB GW Pkwy (left entrance)
- Memorial Bridge/NB GW Pkwy to WB US 50 (left entrance)
- 10th St to EB US 50 in Arlington (left entrance)
- EB US 50 ramps at Courthouse Rd in Arlington (left exit and left entrance)
- Key Bridge to NB GW Pkwy (left entrance)
- NB GW Pkwy to WB Sprout Run Pkwy (left exit, but also arguably a "route split" since Sprout Run was the original terminus for the GW Pkwy)
- Maine Ave SW to NB I-395 (left entrance)
- SB 9th St SW to NB I-395 (left entrance)
- NB I-395 to C St SW (left exit)
- EB US 50 to NB BW Pkwy (left exit)
- Inner Loop (NB I-495) to WB I-66 (left exit)
- EB I-66 to Inner Loop (currently a left entrance, will become a right entrance after Beltway HO/T lane construction is complete)
- Inner Loop to WB VA 267 (left exit and left entrance)
- Outer Loop to EB VA 267 (left exit)
- Inner Loop to I-270 SPUR (left exit, though could also arguably be considered a "route split" given traffic volumes)
- I-270 SPUR to Outer Loop (left entrance, same argument as above)

The following are all in the area where I-270 meets the I-495 Beltway and MD 355/Rockville Pike:

- SB I-270 to the Inner Loop (left entrance, also arguably a "route merge" given traffic volume)
- SB MD 355 to the Inner Loop (left exit and left entrance)
- NB MD 355 to the Outer Loop (left exit and left entrance)
- NB MD 355 to NB I-270 (left exit)
- SB I-270 to SB MD 355 (left exit)

There are also a few scattered slip ramps between the Dulles Airport Access Road and the tolled part of VA 267.  These are typically "left exits" along WB VA 267 and "left entrances" onto EB VA 267.

Tom

There's a left exit on US-10 in Midland, Michigan for traffic wanting to get onto the BUS US-10/M-20 freeway. :coffee:

Don't forget I-85 Northbound to I-985 Northbound is a left exit.

Don't forget I-85 Northbound to I-985 Northbound is a left exit.
Also in metro Atlanta:
- I-75S to I-85N is left exit to right entrance
- I-285S to GA 400S is right exit to left entrance
- I-285N to I-20W is left exit to right entrance
Also, with I-75/85 N split in Midtown, I-85 splits to the left even though it goes NE and I-75N splits to the right even though it goes to the NW.

Bryant5493

I'd forgotten about those, jdb1234 and Grzrd. Additionally, I-285 East to S.R.400 North is a very dangerous right lane exit to left lane entrance, due to the design of the interchange. Hopefully, GDOT/SRTA will get to fixing it one day.

The Brookwood Interchange, especially northbound, is a clusterpluck anytime of the day. :-(

Be well,

The state of Nevada has no left entrances or left exits.

There used to be one: the WB Lake Mead Blvd to SB I-15 onramp in North Las Vegas used to be a left entrance ramp. The left entrance was removed when the interchange was reconstructed as part of NDOT's I-15 North design-build project that finished last year. (I'm not overly thrilled with the final design of that interchange...but the left ramp was removed so that's something.)
