I think that I've finally nailed the perspective on wanted on CA 198 dipping towards Warthan Creek west of Coalinga in Warthan Canyon.  I never really have been able to get the dip of road quite right.

You can see the Commodore Barry Bridge between Chester, PA and Logan Township and NJ in the distance under the far left signal head.  Picture taken on US 13 near Claymont, DE.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

A bunch of random stuff I've taken in Fresno this winter.

The transition ramp from southbound CA 41 to CA 180 and CA 168 eastbound.  The view facing the Sierra Nevada was pretty clear on this day.

A couple of my personal favorites, these were taken on the Talimena Scenic Drive back in January, there was a little bit of snow atop the mountain!

You don't drive enough.

This week is likely the last green one in the Sierra Nevada foothills.  That coupled with high of 65F warranted a daytrip up north.

Old Don Pedro Road in Tuolumne County.  I'm not really sure why is "old" given the road was never realigned but rather sunk by the namesake reservoir after it was expanded in the 1970s.
