Stumbled across this in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, while looking for something else on Street View:

The Terminus of NS 103 isn't much better, and it is wrong too.

What do the key symbol and the @ symbol signs mean?

It used to mean Internet Cafe, likely still does.  The key may point people toward some secure storage facility, Assayer's office, or Jail.
They said take a left at the fork in the road.  I didn't think they literally meant a fork, until plain as day, there was a fork sticking out of the road at a junction.

Hey, I least was in the ballpark concerning the @ sign!

Long time lurker, first time poster  :D

In Nova Scotia, the key sign refers to museums, while the @ sign refers to public-access Internet locations (primarily in libraries).

Some fresh sine salad from SW Toledo, corner of Airport Highway and S. Reynolds Road.  Lot's of signage at this intersection - just take a Google spin around and check it out.

And another serving south of the Turnpike at Dussel Drive and Reynolds Road in Maumee.

And perhaps some dessert?  Corner of Conant Street and Anthony Wayne Trail in Downtown Maumee.

And an after sine salad mint at the corner of W. Front Street and West Boundary Street in Perrysburg.

Hope you aren't too full :)

It's all fun & games until someone summons Cthulhu and brings about the end of the world.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

Although technically not sign salad as the sign bridge is shared by two roadways (look at the jersey barrier between the center lanes), but still it looks like a lot to comprehend.  I am sure many drivers get distracted by the other roadway's signs and never get to see their own side of the wall's signs even though right ahead of you1
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

The champion on this, albeit not with route markers but with destinations, is Italy. Sine salads there can get extremely crazy, I've seen a few photos with 50+ signs in it.
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

Can you show us a few?  Sine salad from around the world can be very tasty!

I thought those markers and arrow plaques looked familiar... I saw them in the Philippine road sign manual.

No, they're Australian National Route (black and white) and National Highway (green and gold) shields.  :pan: The blue shields are for state routes.

I know. The Philippine manual copied the national route markers, among other things, from Australia's.
