It looks like we have a winner, IF Google maps is correct.

I say IF (a) because we have 20-page thread about Google not being correct, but mainly (b) I had thought there was one in Ocean Shores, WA, and Google marks SR 115 as continuing to the ocean.  But sadly, GSV shows an end sign at Point Brown Ave, which matches WSDOT records.

do any routes end at the ocean?  say, in the form of a boat launch?  I remember US-74 and US-76 come pretty close on their east ends.

OK, more for Fictional Highways, but Kurumi's I-338 proposal (westbound lanes only) would take that to the extreme!

I'm heading to US 360 soon, and the eastern end of that seems very close to the ocean water.
