This should say "SOUTH" instead of "JCT"

This intersection's postings are out of whack...

Both US 48 and US 219 turn left here.  Also if you zoom in towards the intersection, there is another set of shields on the left.  This time the US 48 shield is correct but he US 219 shield again points the wrong way.  The good news I guess is that staying straight here is Old US 219 and in a few miles you can get back to US 48-219 if you never notice you've left it...

This is leftover signage from when there was a detour while Corridor H was undergoing repairs a couple years back.  They removed the detour banners but forgot to change the arrows...

That puzzled me too...so many FM routes around there and there wasn't a good way to figure out where FM 26 started when I was there a couple months ago.

Wrong designation shielded for VA 89 coming off Blue Ridge Parkway.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

I think because it's maintained by the NPS, it's easier just to make circle shields for state highways since that's typically considered default. I noticed that on the Natchez Trace Parkway back in April, this should be AL 20. The circle shield works in Mississippi, but not in Alabama or Tennessee which supposedly does the same thing.

Despite the shield error, it's actually a very nice park scene otherwise.

Brand new sign assembly at the intersection of VA 13 and SR 1002 in Powhatan County, VA (just south of US 522's southern terminus). It's got a lot of problems.

1. The arrows for US 60 and US 522 are pointing the wrong way. Technically you CAN get to US 60 if you turn left here, but you'll be driving for a long, long time.

2. The "west" banner should be over the VA 13 shield, not the US 60 shield.

3. The "west" banner over the US 60 shield should be that extra "to" banner over the SR 1002 shield.

4. The "to" banner over the SR 1002 shield should be a "north" banner.

I feel like as time progresses, Oklahoma keeps getting better and better with their road projects, but they still always find a way to royally screw up something. Exhibit A...

To set the stage as to why this sign is utterly bizarre, let me give you some context. OK 20 is getting a southern bypass of Claremore, including a new interchange with I-44. However, the eastern part of the bypass has not been built yet, even though the new interchange with I-44 has been built. OK 20 temporarily runs down the western section of the bypass and then has a concurrency with OK 66 through downtown Claremore, meaning it does not intersect I-44 at the new interchange south of town. (MAP)

Back to the sign in question. This sign is at the new I-44 interchange about here going EB. Now this is the end of where the recent work was completed, but this is not where OK 20 ends. In fact, OK 20 ends over 70 miles away, in both directions! Claremore is located about at OK 20's midpoint. Moreover, OK 20 does not even run on this alignment yet! At best, this sign could indicate a badly signed spur of OK 20, but I don't think that is what is happening here. I'm more inclined to believe that OTA mistakenly thought that OK 20 ends here and put the sign up to indicate that.
