Highway 151
Overall Arkansas Highway 151 exists in three different parts on opposite ends of the state. Two segments span a total of 12.4 miles near Blytheville in Mississippi County while a 1.4 mile section follows the Texarkana Loop from State Line Avenue to Interstate 49 as an implied extension of Loop 151 from Texas. The Texarkana portion of AR 151 was designated in May 2013 in place of AR 245.
East
Passing under S State Line Avenue, AR 151 continues from Texas Loop 151 into the Natural State. The freeway advances eastward to a systems exchange with Interstate 49.

AR 151 concludes 0.75 miles ahead as I-49 angles southward toward Louisiana and Shreveport. Northbound I-49 joins the eastern leg of the Texarkana loop to I-30.

U.S. 71 enters Texarkana along East Street, meeting I-49 immediately following the exchange with AR 151. U.S. 71 joins Texarkana with Fort Smith while Interstate 30 connects with Little Rock.

U.S. 71 (East Street) parallels I-49 from Louisiana north to Texarkana. The U.S. highway briefly combines with U.S. 67/82 in Downtown before continuing north along State Line Avenue toward Ashdown.

An auxiliary lane departs for S State Line Avenue one half mile ahead. S State Line Avenue travels south to Hoot Plant Road and north toward Downtown Texarkana.

S State Line Avenue straddles the Arkansas/Texas border through downtown, with U.S. 71 joining the arterial north to I-30/U.S. 59.
