The rural southern half of the route connects with CR 214 at Molasses Junction and CR 208 at Bakersville. North of Six Mile Creek, CR 13A becomes suburban, with numerous developments including Mura Bella and World Golf Village lining the route north to SR 16. CR 13A is unsigned as it continues northeast along International Golf Parkway to Interstate 95 at Exit 323 and U.S. 1.
