County Road 28 - 11th Street
Connecting a number of schools and residential neighborhoods, County Road 28 stretches across Panama City along 11th Street. The 6.61 mile route lines 11th Street east from U.S. 98 Business (Beck Avenue) to U.S. 98 in the city of Springfield. CR 28 replaced Florida Secondary 736 during the Bay Countywide renumbering.
