Florida 389 - East Avenue
State Road 389 is an urban collector joining the east side of Panama City with Cedar Grove, north Springfield and Hiland Park. The 3.030 mile route follows East Avenue north from U.S. 98 Business (5th Street) to U.S. 231 at County Road 389. County Road 389 extends the route 3.952 miles northward to Delaware Avenue and west along 12th Street to SR 77 in the city of Lynn Haven.
