
There are three sections of County Road 164 posted within Jackson County. The western branch stems east from CR 277 along the Holmes County line along Lovewood Road. Measuring 10.95 miles, CR 164 connects with CR 169 (Peanut Road) and U.S. 231 at Cottondale.
County Road 164 along Blue Springs Road travels 9.41 miles east from SR 71 outside Marianna to Jackson Blue Spring and SR 69 at Dellwood. The northern section of CR 164 runs 8.77 miles from CR 69A by Bazzell Pond to CR 271 near Hornsville, SR 2 west of Riverturn, Georgia and Alabama State Route 95 south of Lucy.
There are three branches of CR 164 also posted in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties in Northwest Florida.


CR 164 (Lovewood Road) stems east from CR 277 ahead of Dam Pond. This is the first confirming marker.
