Clay County Road 215

Clay County Road 215 provides a cut off from SR 16 by Camp Blanding Join Training Center and State Road 21 in the unincorporated community of Middleburg. The linear route runs 6.13 miles northeast from SR 16 near Bakers Road to SR 21 at Periwinkle Avenue.

The reassurance marker for CR 215 north posted ahead of Oak Grove Baptist Church was removed by 2011.

Construction in 2011 expanded the intersection with Juniper Avenue with left turn lanes. CR 215 lowers north from there across Bull Creek.

Curving east from Primrose Avenue, CR 215 concludes at a stop sign with SR 21 across from Periwinkle Avenue.

SR 21 is unmarked at the north end of CR 215. The state road expands to a four lane, divided arterial northeast from CR 215 into Middleburg.

CR 215 proceeds south between rural residential areas at Deer Avenue before crossing Bull Creek for a second time.

Curving west from the North Fork of Black Creek, CR 215 converges with SR 16. The shield preceding SR 16 was replaced by 2021 with an assembly using incorrect font.
